Yup, listing shows it at $169,500.

If that's where the market is heading, great. But even 343's with 525's top out less than $100k, "IF" they really want to sell.

Those lift bunks are not doing that hull any favors! No carpet AND the heavy point load right before the step. Needs continuous support to both fore and aft of the step

Pic shows how my bunks were offset to match the step. Fully supported.
