Mercruser 4.5 Bravo 3 Trim

Mercruser 4.5 Bravo 3 Trim will go up but not down. This happens when engine is warm . After setting for a while its ok again. Could it be a selnoid ?

Most likely. Are you hearing any clicking when actuating the tilt/trim switch? Also check wire connections at the pump.
