Does anyone know the differences between the Volvo fwd props? There are 6 diff models K2....K7. No info on Volvo site. Looking to buy a backup as I know the inevitable will happen eventually. Not by my 2018 R7 surf at the moment, wonder what I have stock. Would like to get something a little different. Thanks.

What engine do you have? Do you want more speed or a better hole shot?

Duh...should of posted that. I have the 380. I rarely drive more than 30 mph but I would probably go up on one model from my current for top speed. I do enjoy letting it rip every once in awhile when things are smooth w no traffic.

In ideal conditions I top out at 48 mph.

Man I've been searching all night and have not found it yet.
Not sure which one they paired with the 380.

Thanks so much. I will be back to our boat on Thursday. Going to get in the water and look. Will post back. May try call a Volvo prop place. You would think the pic you attached would at least tell you how the 6 props are different. I found the same sheet.

Oh if you have a k4 you want to go to a k6. The only issue you may have is you may lose mph if you can't reach max wot.

Propping up for top speed on a surf boat isn’t a great idea. It’s going to make keeping the boat just off plane harder on the pilot and the hardware. 48 is pretty good for a heavy R7 with a fwd.
