Nav Light switch: weird question

Hey,
Have been lurking for a while but this is my first post.
Just bought a 2017 CS1 with 0 hours; left over boat that I happened to stumble across when shopping for a used boat and couldnt help myself.
Boat is awesome.

So here is my question. The light switch has three postions: nav to left - center - anchor to right.
In the left (nav) and center postion nothing turns - on no nav no pole. In Anchor Postion (far right) the nav lights come on and the pole.

Is my switch wired wrong? Is OFF center position or far left postion like all other switches when off.

Hope this makes sense and thanks for any help.
Tim

Anchor is just your 360 deg stern light.
Possibly someone moved something but as long as you know when your full nav lights are on then no worries.

Center is off.left is everything, right is just the stern. Yours has something going on. Could be a bad switch too.

We have the same type switch.
From the manual....

Yours might be wired wrong but like CmattJ said, as long as you know the difference you are good.

Any pics of your Cobalt?

Again, welcome aboard mate!

thank you all - making sure I wasn't crazy before trying to get it sorted out.
How in the world did you know it was black (not sure if I should be impressed or scared) ??
Here is a picture. Wife was very reluctant after many years of tournament ski boats. But now its a fight to see who drives.
Really appreciate the knowledge here and looking forward to learning and contributing.
