Would love to see pics of where people have stashed amp in these older boats. I need to add a couple more. Currently have 1 located inside the helm up high. I'm afraid if I add one below it will get covered in life jackets and get hot. Also afraid that the stress over time will crack the gel coat under the helm. (sorry, pick is turn sideways, amp should be up). Thanks for the help, Terry.

The class D amps don't get hot at all. I got mine behind the bow seats in the compartment. No worries.

Yup, Compartment behind the glove box port side is for my amps and receivers and Sirius xm. Pick a cool day for installation and get one of those headband lights. Suggest you mount the amps to the deck with rubber, or nylon, stand off washers. I mount the Bluetooth receiver on the vertical. below the old Sony radio hole. The bluetooth remotes are a discussion for another day. AND leave room for the tower amp!
