Logo in steering wheel

Post by williamg »

This may seem petty, but the Cobalt logo on the steering wheel of our 2018 R5 is not oriented correctly when the prop is centered. Anyone who has installed a newer wheel have any pics that would show how I can remove the logo and turn it right side up?

So is it not center in relation to the wheel or to the drive being straight? You can remove the wheel and click it correctly. If it’s not centered in relation to the wheel you’ll likely need to buy a new emblem as removing the old one without damage is tough.

This is the style of wheel I have. I haven't actually noticed if the wheel itself isn't lined up correctly, just that the logo is definitely not right side up.

Looks to me like the logo is in line with the wheel.

That's not my boat - that's the pic on the Cobalt site. 🙂
