Windshield

Ok so my walk through windshield is open on most short runs and closed on longer runs. Went to close and gap is tight enough to not allow full close and turn latches hit about 1/8" on frame. Everything appears tight with regard to both sides of windshield frame and hinge side looks proper. Not sure how my opening could suddenly be too tight by 1/4" or so?

My only guess could be the heat from down there. You should bring it up here and let me see if that fixes it.

I've never had a walk through that fit right. You may have to move one side or the other. Can you remove the rubber screw cover and get at the screws to see if their tight? Or file down the matches which I prob wouldn't do? Call the Dr. And see what they say?

BB, I could assist you in the many required sea trials.
You know, just to make sure any adjustments stays in place.
And I could bring some Schlitz. Lol

PARTY AT BB's ON SOUTHERN'$ BOAT!
We gonna drink beer and eat yellah door-ree-toes, then bend his windshield back out with a spreader bar..
Southern, everytime they pick it up with that bigass forklift and put it back on the Shelf it must be folding that sucker up like a book. Before you know it you'll be able to stand in the middle and tie up both cleats on each side at the same time. I bet it's faster but it won't turn for $#!+...

Ha! Well guess just a slight shift with heavy wave action. Nothing loose or gapped. A little lean an each side and we're back in place. Oh well I'll keep her here and trips south will be required!
