I like to do my own work, need manuals and any advice to make this baby sea worthy?

Welcome! I picked up a 87 as my Fathers Day gift. Theres a lot of manuals online. Like to see some pics of your boat.

I have alot of work to do, replace engine and work over the stern drive.

What are you going to repower with? Have you done any moisture test on the transom and floor?

no but floor feels solid. Not sure about the transom, i will know more when I pull the engine.

it's always been covered except when they used it. The owner has had the boat for over 30years.

Congrats on the Condesa! Dry weight with single engine is 4500 lbs

Big block would be nice but I would have to get manifolds and probably other stuff too.

The current 350 in the boat that I am pulling out today has a cracked block due to freezing. What do I need to check on the OMC Stern drive while I have the engine out?
