It all depends. We have seen as high as 30-32% off MSRP in slow markets and almost full price paid in a seller’s market. Guess which one we are in now.

I'd say 20-25% is about the normal depending on the region you are in.

If you’ve got an order to place and it’s at Gordys I can help you get another thousand off. Jokes aside, sort of, when we bought it was a little over 25%. That being said, it was 2019 and October so pre-Covid.
