After looking for 8 weeks or so, we finally landed a super clean 220. It’s a little older than I was looking for, but it’s been pampered—and the 454 with less than 500 hrs helped too.
Trailering it back and forth to the lake now, but off-season will include swim platform, EFI conversion, and dash rework.

I really want to run the Edelbrock kit. But it is looking like Holley Sniper is the only one approved for marine applications at this time. Stay tuned. Open to recommendations.

Dang. That boat looks great. 24 years old? Pampered is an understatement. Looks like it was vacuum packed. There are several here who love a project, know a lot about Cobalts, and would love to spend your money. In the bowels of Cobaltchat, you can find threads that have pretty cool rebuilds. Welcome and Best of luck.

Just noticed you’re in The Rock. Cool. Where do you boat mostly?

Brand new Greer's Ferry guy.
But growing up, we spent every weekend at Ouachita. My folks had a houseboat from 1993 to 2020 at Mountain Harbor.

Both are great places to hang on the lake.

Hey man. Wecome from Greers Ferry Lake.
We love it there.
We're at Shiloah Marina and hit the water maybe 15 weekends a year.
Hope to see you there.

Skip the EFI conversion. It’s more work than it’s worth, and you can make more power for cheaper with a carb.. That thing should boogie with a big block. Is it the Mag or the 330hp 454?

Great looking boat! We have a 93 220 and just bought a 2000 262.
We also boat mainly on Greers Ferry. We love it there! We found the lake about 7 years ago.
