lower unit gear lube - how does this look?

First time changing the lower unit gear lube, just want to make sure this looks normal. The white "foam" looks like aeration bubbles to me. The fluid is very green and not what I would consider "milky". Just looking for confirmation.

thanks

Green is the right color.
Looks good from the pic but if your curious and ready to dig..
Let it settle and run your fingers across the bottom for metallic particles.
Then if you have concerns post a pic. Other than that have extra as she’s gonna drop after you run it.
Have fun

How many hours total?

no metal or anything else. Went ahead and put new gear lube in.

Not sure on hours, the hobbs meter says around 540 hrs. Last time I stopped by the local marina they couldn't get their computer to connect to the engine to read the hours.

I've flushed mine when I wasnt sure. It's cheap fluid. Full it up drain it again. Can't hurt anything.
