Our pride and joy just left Las Vegas Thursday and is currently in New Mexico.

Josh's Transportation LLC is driving her cross country for a planned Sunday delivery. He has great reviews and is a fantastic communicator keeping us up to date on his progress.
Josh said trailer brakes are the best he has ever seen ( dual axle vented discs ) and the bearings are running at a cool 96 degrees. He is hoping to get thru the mountains tonight.

Praying for his safety during the drive.

So far so good. Josh's' F-250 is runnin' like a champ.

I mentioned I would post his progress here on the site. Feel free to post him a word of encouragement for the long trek.

It's funny in my picture how big my little boat looks and how small my big truck looks.

That's my brothers house in the background and that's the busy road down to the launch at the end of it. It's so great always being the only one at the launch.

When I first saw your pic, I thought the same thing, BBP. Makes something big that we drive suddenly look --well not so big!

Here I am last month over my boating spot--Lake Erie dragging a C-17 as we transfer fuel. Suddenly I feel small. In fact, when I have a C-5 behind me, I feel like a mosquito!

Yes...that's the boom that extends out the back of my aircraft.
The boom operator lays on his stomach and "flys" the boom as he guides it into the other aircraft's receptacle. Although--I like your well hung description better.

We flew formation with another tanker that day and my buddy took the pic from his KC-135.
