Hi All,

I'm helping my mother-in-law sell her boat. It's been lightly used, well maintained, and lift stored under a canopy since we purchased it in 2012 (I can confirm year).
Original owner was in Sammamish and used the boat to lounge on Lake Sammamish. Stored in his garage in offseason.

Documents can confirm, but boat had something like 132hrs on the hull and 9hrs on a NEW MOTOR from Seattle Boat when we took ownership. Previous owner tried to use the boat while it was still winterized which can obviously damage the engine. We have all documentation from Seattle Boat. I'm near certain it was a full new engine swap, not a major repair.

Since then the boat has been moored at her dock, on lift and under a canopy. Interior is in fantastic shape for a 1998, exterior needs a buff and wax which I might get to. Every year fully winterized + oil/fluid changes and then summerized. I'll need to check the hours next time I'm there, but should be around 300 total. Bullet proof, never had an issue other than replaced the shifter for newer version.

Great, reliable boat. Trailer can also be arranged. I'll post pics next time I visit mother-in-law and/or get her cleaned up.
