8.1 riser torque specs?

I found a full manual but it doesn't have the riser torque specs and the only thing I found via the search function was the german torque setting of "goodantight" LOL I was going to settle around 30ft lbs and check them periodically but was hoping one of y'all had the actual recommended torque specs

12-18 ft-lb per the manual with Volvo gaskets...the only ones I would use BTW.

Yes it does....but that is what it is per the Volvo manual. In comparison, Mercruiser is a little over 30 ft-lb.
Often, Volvo changes specs on things so buy the OEM Volvo gaskets and read the instructions that come with the gaskets. They also change wether you use sealant or not.
Also, check your risers and manifold for flatness with a metal straightedge.
