One of the hardest things I’ve had to do is drill holes in my cobalt transom. But, I’m so happy I did. Just a few details to finish up and it’s time to put it in the water.

Nice job. You can turn the drive in both directions without it hitting? It looks close.

How long did it take to receive?

I ordered in March and still haven’t heard back....

There’s plenty of clearance. Volvos don’t turn very sharp. I may remove the tilt limiters, if I ever rebuild the cylinders, for more ground clearance. There’s more room up now without the filler panel in there.

It took about 6 weeks from completion of order to arrival at my end. It’s a small company building a top of the line custom product. If I do it again on another boat, I’d order it in the fall. Before boat show season. The best way to communicate with them is by phone. I think I talked to everyone there at least once. Super good folks.
