No start up alarm?

Hoping at least one of you may have seen this somewhere along the line.

Over the winter I swapped out my ignition panel on my helm of my 2011 262. To do that I had to disconnect all of the wiring. When I put her back in the water after dewinterization, I noticed I didn't have the quick alarm beep when I turned the ignition on at start. Boat turned over and ran fine, water temp, oil pressure, everything was normal. Could even hear the fuel pump start as I clicked the key over, just no "Beep"...

I believe there is a small "horn" for this beep, if you will, but not sure where it is located or how to check to make sure it is operating correctly.

Any thoughts from the group? Any direction on this would be appreciated.

Can you see under your helm. My black buzzer I think is right in the opening there.

I found this, not sure if it is it. Wiring is not my forte, so not sure about this black wire and if it is supposed to be plugged in somewhere...

Thanks BBP!

Just have to figure what female end that would plug into, as it is definitely different than any in there and I am not seeing anything unique. Keep telling myself it has to go somewhere though!
