New boater, purchased a 2011 Cobalt 262 last December. Boat inspection was great, sea trial was the same.

Stored all winter and got it out in April. Boat has been flawless so far, the driver is a bit more of a work I progress. I've been doing little things here and there, and checking out this forum for ideas. I just started looking in to lighting upgrades, figured it was time to join and actually be able to see the pictures.

From what I've learned here, 262 is a great boat.
How about some pictures? And where's home?
I spent informative years in central Missouri is why I'm wondering.

Sadly, I don't have a lot of new pics. The times we've been out so far, I've been focused on keeping the boat and passengers safe. Here are a couple of pics from the dealer and our chilly sea trial in December.

I can see our closest boat dealer and gas dock from my front door, guessing you are just west of me. I'm always coming around the corner to head east to the state park. That's where we hang out, go way back in one of the quieter coves. This weekend we went to party cove though, first time and tied up with some friends. Saw a few ummm...professionals out there sans tops....Ah nothing like the Lake of the Ozarks....

Would be great to connect with a fellow cobalt owner. Someone said it in another post but us LOTO guys need to get a flag or something to be able to ID each other. PM me and let me know where you are, maybe we can hang and share some tips / resources.
