Steering Cable

Looking for a steering cable. Morse E49568 16 ft. This has been discontinued. Maybe someone might have one or know of where to get something that will work in it's place. I am ok with getting one custom made but not finding a place that does this.

I did see that for the other forum. I am hoping someone has come up with something newer since that post was from 2003. Thanks for the response though!
