I just received replacement decals for our Merc outdrive as I will replace the old ones which are faded.
Curious if anyone knows if you can order the 2005 Cobalt 262/3 decals for the aft platform?

FWIW, I sent an email to the nearest dealer with our hull ID number hoping they can order those. The Cobalt website says they keep all decals in stock all the way back to 1971.
Anyone here take advantage of that?

I heard that as well. Never needed any. I remove as many warning decals that I can. I use my fast sign dealer for all my decal needs.

I received the replacement decals for the outdrive which I will apply AFTER the new water pump and hoses are installed.
Probably will do some paint touch up as well to make the Bravo 3 X-drive look brand new again.
Here's the current BIII decals. Last shot are the ones awaiting to be applied.
I'll post after shots next week.

Nice I'm like you. I hate crappy looking decals.
I would still recommend a drive shower. Best thing I ever put on a merc. Those buggers run hot. Sorry.

Yes, may do that as it's such an easy upgrade. X-drives are built like tanks.

I liked it to keep them clean and keep the chalk from building on them. It's amazing how hot they run.

Added a funny one too which will go over the one in the center just under the sun platform.

Nice. Some of those ate a best to remove. I would have just left them off.

Oh, there's no removing the swim platform ones. They have been "baked" into the gelcoat. These new ones will just be placed over the old ones giving it an OEM look.

Btw, got the PA registration on yesterday.
She may not have an engine but she's legal to go on the water.
(Hopefully pic is not sideways due to iPhone shots)
