Ok,

My new to me 2016 220s might have it's last use this weekend as the weather looks to be turning cooler. I have a local marina set-up for indoor storage.

I am almost out of warranty, so I have my list of things I hope they can rectify via warranty when it goes in.

The boat only had 48 hours when I got it, and I'm guessing we will be around 65 after this weekend (we've used it a lot).

I've had a few various nuts and bolts come out of the bilge as mentioned but that seems to be par for the course of boat ownership. I may mention them, and I found a clamp that I think I know where it goes that I will put back on (not a big deal one).

But, seeing as how it's new to me, and I don't have the service records, in addition to the oil change, and standard winterization, what else should I have done for a baseline, or preventative or would you have looked at given a few nuts and bolts having come off, and frankly just in general?

Impeller? Other items?

If it were me, I'd like to know where the nuts and bolts came from.
Having no records, I would assume all important items need to be done: Oil and oil filter now; gear oil now; fuel treatment now; impeller in the spring; fuel filter in the spring. Next thing I'd look at is the battery or batteries. It's been my experience that car batteries last roughly four years for me. I'm not as familiar with boat batteries, but I'd keep an eye on them. Don't want to be stuck on the water with a boat that won't start.

When we first started boating, we had our marina do a winterization package, which included de-wintereization in the spring. This might be your safest route now. I would think 2016 engine in Michigan would need full package.
