5.3 winterization question

Guys

My 5.3 doesn’t have the easy drain. On my old 5.0 it was pull the hoses off the impeller housing And drain the manifolds. Flush with antifreeze through the muffs and fog

Now my boat will winter on the lift—or at least that’s what I’m told. Alway had it down at the dealer on the trailer then off to storage. My questions are these

Am I missing anything with closed cooling?

I hate to dump antifreeze in the lake even if it is enviro friendly. How the heck do you do not do that on a lift?

I used a shop vac to get all the water out of the bilge on mine. Or if you buy one of the pumps to pump oil out of the dipstick that would work too

More specifically I was trying to figure out how to circulate and catch the antifreeze that comes out the exhaust after pumping it through the muffs. Hate to let flow into the lake

I think you will need to remove three hoses. Two at the raw water pump and the third at the heat exchanger. The video shows what you use to do and how EasyDrain eliminates that process. It might be helpful. The raw water capacity is not much, maybe a gallon?
