Garmin 7607 - Getting into Boatbuilder Setup Menu?

Hello,
I recently replaced both of my 7607's in my 2018 23sc and the new units have the stock Garmin firmware/software setup. I updated them to the most recent update using Active Captain and all went really well. Where I am hoping someone can help is how to get into the hidden "Boatbuilder Menu"?
I got the Glass Cockpit file from my local Cobalt Dealer with the stock Cobalt settings and splash screen etc. after they could not figure out how to install the profile. I got the file loaded to the SD Card and was getting some errors on importing so I reached out to Garmin and they sent me these instructions:
My issue is on Step 2... I have tried pressing the top right corner on both screens in tons of variations of finger location and I cannot get the illusive "Boatbuilder Menu" button to appear..... anyone have any suggestions or help then can lend?
