R30 transmission gear issue

First time post, first ride in my new 2022 R30. Boat has 6 hours on it, so I'm still breaking it in. I was cruising around 3000 rpms, and when I slowed to go into a no wake zone, I felt an odd loss of power, and then saw a message across the screens. Something like "transmission gear failure" and the system turned the starboard engine off. I tried to restart but system turned it off again.
I then powered the boat down, and turned the batteries off. When I restarted the boat, everything seemed fine. Started right up, had power, and joystick worked fine docking.
Has anyone experienced this before? Of course the dealer will never be able to replicate this. Thanks.

Hey CeN...so glad you found us my friend. Sorry to hear about your R30 issue. Since Cobalts do not have transmissions installed, that is an odd message. Your dealer can read the ECU code to find out what happened in that situation.
Any pics of this R30? What size engines are in this Cobalt?
And welcome aboard mate!.

I was out on the R30 today and 3 times the same issue happened and shut down my starboard motor, I took a photo of the screen. has anyone seen this before? The dealership 'reset' the system last time and it worked yesterday, but not today.... thanks

Very odd reference to 'transmission' as AsLan7 stated. I assume you are in good hands with Seattle boat, be persistent to get everything squared away. Hope to see you out, I'm docked in Meydenbaur.

Turns out the shift actuator on the starboard engine has an intermittent fault. They filed a warranty claim and hope to have it fixed in the next week. They said use the boat, just not the joystick until it is fixed.
