2020 Cobalt R7 bilge pump not working. No automatic mode, and helm button non op. Found #6 breaker not tripped. Tested for power at pump connection at transom, found no power. Tried to power pump at transom connection and pump would not respond. Now pulled for bench test. Pulled breaker panel and found power passing thru breaker into harness. No power too helm bilge button.
Manual suggest there is an inline fuse, but I cannot locate a fuse. Can any body help ?

It sounds like you are leaning toward a blown fuse.i.e this was working and now dead. I have a 2021 R5 and there is a fuse box located on the panel behind the helm storage compartment. I don't recall the fuses being labeled but perhaps there is a blown fuse?

My suspect is a blown fuse, I'm just unable to locate one. Looking under the helm dash panel, and the location near the breaker panel and power switch. I have proven that power is leaving the breaker panel area into the wiring room towards the helm. Just have not located where the power goes away on the way to the helm or a fuse location in that path.

The fuse box is inside the front helm bow seat compartment on the wall where the amps are normally mounted. There are about 20 blade style fuses and they are labeled. One is marked for the pump

Cobalt will supply wiring diagrams for your boat if you call and ask them, or at least they did back before they became Malibu.
