2002 8.1GXi engine p/n 3869123

I have a 2002 8.1GXi engine (3869123) available. Located in NC 28761. 146 hrs, fresh water.

I got this with the idea to install it in my 252 with a 7.4Gi (480hrs). Nothing wrong with my 7.4Gi, I just want more power!
But the 8.1 is fairly complex. I am not sure I can make the electrical and throttle controls work. I'm doing all the homework up front. The 8.1 is not installed yet.
I decided I would look for someone who might be interested in swapping this 8.1GXi for their 7.4GSi or a 8.2GSi. Why? Because those pre 2000 engines are a better fit in my 1997 Cobalt 252. I am not looking to tune the 7.4Gi to get more HP.
I realize I am searching for a unicorn because in the 10 years that I have owned my Cobalt, I have only come across three 7.4GSi and two 8.2GSi.
The engine I'm looking for must be low(er) hours and fresh water is mandatory.
