R7 Bilge Blower

Switches at helm work except for the blower. Blower will not turn on and switch does not light up. Does anyone have the location of the fuse/circuit in case its that? Otherwise any other suggestions. Thanks Pat

There is a small breaker box mounted on the panel in the helm bow seat compartment. Labeled and I think resettable although they look like fuses
