R6 OB Power Steering Air Bubble Sound

I have a new R6 OB. I'm experiencing, what I can only imagine, is an air bubbling sound at the steering wheel when I turn full right or full left near the point where it won't turn anymore (at max right, max left). Is this normal? It came new like this, so I don't know any different. It just seems like I need to bleed the power steering line. It does appear to operate ok though.

I would call the dealer. I think that might be a bypass for the hydraulic fluid since you are at the stops.
