I have a question for the board. We have a Cobalt 222 that I discovered that a dividing board in the internal engine/battery compartment was broke in several pieces. I have no idea how it happened, but I would like to replace it.

I attached a couple of pictures below to show what I am talking about.

I suspect finding a replacement part will be difficult. Does anyone have any advice on where/how I would go about either 1) having something cut or 2) finding a part?

I have been researching salvage yards, contacted cobalt, and a couple of dealers...but no luck. I was thinking maybe there is a material that I can find, and then cut it to specs and attach myself.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Pretty sure that is King Starboard, I would use the old piece as a template and cut a new one. Boat Outfitters will cut and route it for you if want.

I just went to their website and looked up that material. I think you are right. I am going to contact them. Thank you so much.

It is 100% Starlight (used to also be known as Starboard. you should be able to cut it with a jigsaw and then run a router bit on the edges to round them over.

Looks like it has come down in price significantly.
