Hi All,
Just purchased a 2008 252 (pics attached) I was in the market for a nice family day boat big enough to hold two families. Went and looked at a chaparral, searay sundeck and a Yamaha 242 jet boat. I took this out for a sea trial with the broker yesterday and was so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of this boat I sealed the deal even though it didn't come with a trailer like I need for family vacations. She's powered by a brand new Volvo penta 8.1 with less than 5 hours. I'm sure I'll be browsing this site all day for tips/hacks on how to care for her. Feel free to post any below. Thanks again for this forum much appreciated from a first time boat owner!! :D :D :D

Thanks for the intro JustinR. So glad you found us.

You are going to love that extra extended swim platform. Makes the boat seem much roomier on the water.

And welcome aboard mate!

Looks great! Nice new engine is a plus too. Any idea what happened to the original?

Great boat. First time boat owner? LOL. I wish I had the time to post all of our mistakes made the first year.
Welcome.

Bought this thru a broker. He told me second owner just wanted something new with a warranty. Not sure what but something forced his hand on the sale
