2005 272 rear bench cushion wont recline

I cant get this cushion to move any more rearward. It will rotate forward to act as a headrest for the sun pad, and I can get it to lay totally flat. But i cant get it to fully move backward, the position it will be most used in.

Any help?

I am lifting up when trying to move it rearward.from the ends, from the middle, two people, one person… no joy.
