1978 19’ BR on eBay - Project or Parts?

Here is a 1978 19’ bow rider on eBay. Very few pictures and apparently at a boat liquidator in Wisconsin. They claim to have the title.
Interestingly, Cobalt has brochures for the 1977 and 1979 model years, but none for 1978.
So is this a Project Boat or just a Parts Boat?

Project, not sure how much demand their is 78 parts. Need to see the stern S/N. As you know mechanical things can be replaced with time/dollars. My concern is a failed (soft) deck, engine mount, unseen (transom) hull cracks, etc. ... "some deterioration"

Probably needs several hundreds of dollars just for new tires to haul it home.

How true, My (new to me) boat had original bias-ply tires and two of the 4 tires blew-out on RT95 (opposite sites) as I was towing it home. Did 60 miles doing 35-40 in the breakdown lane on two tires. Oh I remember that. No Cops.

Winning bid ended up being $1.99
Can you imagine the gas cost to retrieve that beast from Wisconsin back to California?
