Only color I've ever seen in a Cobalt OEM cover is black.

Black works, blue just looks better (to me).

I'm looking for a new cover like the one I have. It's a factory black in color cover.

Where can I buy one?

The original mooring cover at that time was probably made by a company called Commercial Sewing, but they don't sell directly to consumers. Most Cobalt dealers are willing to order from them, or you can reach out to them to find a dealer near you to place the order. I've never seen an original one in blue, but if you're custom ordering you may be able to be the first

Thanks for the responses, just to be sure of fit, especially to the bimini top, I have ordered one thru a Cobalt dealer; and you were right, any color you want as long as it is black!
