Hi all, I have a 2020 CS23 and was wondering if there is a low water depth alarm? The depth gauge is functional, but it sure would be nice if the boat had an alarm. I have attached a photo of the gauge setup.

So glad you found us Art…..

The older Faria depth finders had this option utilizing small metal toggle switches. Hopefully someone will chime in for your model shortly.

And welcome aboard mate.

I have a CS22. No low water alarm or setting on the stock dial depth gauge. It is accurate, I'll say that. Just reads current depth. We did the Garmin upgrade on our CS when we ordered it for added function. Salesman kept calling it a depthfinder/navigation unit, talked about how it scanned bottom, etc. Boat arrived and we found that Cobalt didn't connect the Garmin to a depth unit in the hull or the engine functions in the CS models only so it only functions as a navigation unit-which we use and would never go without. "Their bad" as they said... Dealer told me it would cost $1,900 (on top of the then $1,800 upgrade when ordered) to install depth unit on hull and expand functionality of it. Love the Garmin in the boat for navigation but buyer beware on the rest of the functions in individual models.
