As the topic says I'll try to gather here as much paperwork related to Cobalt 360. Lets start with wiring diagrams - not complete set but something is better then nothing!

Fly-by-wire ZF controls with electronics/actuator box. MicroCommander 9110X.

Anchor Windlass Maxwell Freedom 800
Recommended chain - 5/16 Acco G40 SL or similar.
Recommended rode (line) - 5/8 3-strand or 8-plait (preferable). Maxwell even recommended specific manufacturer for the line NERopes. But I went with Miami Cordage - was more reasonably priced.

Out of curiosity: Why not all chain? I realize it's more expensive. I just switched from chain/rope to all chain. The massive increase in anchoring ease and efficiency was worth every penny.

I have 30 ft of stainless steel chain spliced to 200 ft of 8 plait rope. Stainless steel chain is $$$ and weight. So I went this combo style.

Found original manuals for TANKWATCH and updated my file accordingly.

Please use Updated 2026 Sealand Tank Monitor pinout file. Wires were physically traced to Fresh and Waste Tank senders. Mine stopped working so I've spoken to tech support. Probes have small "weak" magnets inside clear tubes. When floats move the resistance changes from "infinity" to 0.03 ohm. That induces the corresponding LED light on the panel. Please note the different orientation of floats between the FRESH water tank and WASTE tank. Refer to the diagram in the TankWatch 3 Manual. Please discard original file as it has errors.
