2019 CS 22 power issue

Hello- new to this forum. I have an odd issue. I took the boat out after winterization for the first time last week. The Check Engine beep and warning were on the dash. I went back to the dock and looked over everything. No obvious issues; overheating, etc. I changed the impeller, fluids and fuel filter at the winterization. Nov 2023. The beep and engine light are now off but...the boat runs but will not get past 30mph. It's almost as it the limp mode has increased the speed but nowhere near the 46-49mph it typically can handle. All dealers in the area are booked for 3+ weeks but I did find an independent than bring a scanner over late next week. Thanks,
