A25 Add Hydraulic Platform?

Post by Lanier_A25 »

New A25 owner here. The boat will be delivered sometime in the next 2 weeks, so don't have it in hand yet!

Very excited to get the boat in hand. We have already ordered a tower from Samson we will be adding, but a little disappointed about one feature being missing, the hydraulic swim platform!

Is it possible to add the hydraulics, jointed arms, controls, etc, to a 2012 Cobalt A25 that was not factory optioned with it? Has anyone taken this on?

Big gal, 8.1L Volvo
Is the lower unit compatible to drop down for it?
Are the necessary spots in the hull for the hydraulic wiring there?
Lot of questions, unknowns here, but seeing if anyone has dabbled.
