2019 CS23 Tower Speakers not working

Hi all

I have a new to me CS23 Surf with the JL factory system. It sounds amazing but I can’t seem to get any sound to come out of the factory installed JL rear facing tower speakers.

I tried adjusting the volume on zone 2 but no sound comes out. The rest of zone1 seems to be all the speakers except the rear facing tower speaker pair.

My surfers are suffering without tunes! Any pointers?

What kind of head unit/controller do you have with the speakers? I have a Rockford Fosgate controller with my JL Audio speakers and I can change the source input for each zone of speakers separately. Maybe you just need to switch the input for your tower speakers?
