STORAGE DOORS LIFT SUPPORTS

Can anyone tell me where to get lift supports or a part number for OEM ones to try and cross. I just bought a 21 R8 Surf and mine are missing from the ski locker and very weak on the storage seat in the bow in front of the helm.
The other option would be to ask if anyone out there with an R8 to measure the ones in the ski locker and I can find a comparable one at a parts store or on line.. I would need overall length and housing by itself and also how much of the shaft sticks out..

Note:
My biggest issue is the nearest cobalt near me is 4 hrs away so cant even go to there parts dept and work it out. Ironically I think their covered under the five year factory warranty but not worth the drive to get.

So glad you found us 3RR....

Look at the part number on the gas lift support for which you are replacing. You can purchase those at your local auto store or order on line after you plug the number into a search. We replaced the shocks on our boat hatches throughout the years using this method.

I just bought a 2022 R8 and am missing the gas lift on the seat in the bow in front of the helm. With is missing I do not have a part number to search. Does anyone have the part number? Thanks in advance
