Unit voltage alarm

Has anyone experienced this? Is this due to wiring issue or do I need new batteries. When I got to start up the boat, I get alarm sound beeping, unit voltage alert alarm (10.5b). It says change alarm.

This is a newer R4 Surf - 2023 (delivered) in 6/29/2023. Both are interstate batteries and stickers of 5/2023. I called the phone # on battery and says they will replace both barriers under warranty up until 2 years. All I need to do is check charge and confirm my sales invoice was 6/29/2023.

Any thoughts what is causing this alarm ?

Will the engine start? If not put the switch in COMBINE and try again. Strange that both batteries are dead and need to be replaced after two years
