R3 adjustable Bimini

Post by dkrugman63 »

Hello, First time poster. I have tried searching and couldn't find anything. Has anyone found an adjustable rear Bimini support that would allow for the Bimini to lowered enough to fit into a garage without unscrewing the supports from the boat? I was thinking about taking mine off and taking them to a machine shop to have some built. Ideally, the support would have two positions: retracted for storage and extended for normal use with a pin with a retaining clip to hold it in place. I know its not ideal, but after forgetting to lower it once and bending the Bimini, its worth a try to save needing to fully replace the Bimini.
