R8 Surf Tower Lights

I have an R8 surf edition that did not have the RGB light option selected. The challenge I have is that the tower accent lights which were included are defaulting to blue. In Wisconsin there is a law that blue lights are reserved for police… kid you not, we got pulled over. The boat is on a high tourist lake so there are more police than typical.
Has anyone figured out how to activate the RGB option in the R boats through Garmin or how to change the color of tower RGB lights? Would be nice to use the tower accent without being pulled over…
