502 MAG MPI fluid level

Getting ready for summer and noticed both of these reservoirs are empty, along with quite a bit of fluid in the bilge. Professionally winterized by the local Cobalt dealer. Didn’t have time to investigate the system to see what it is, or the fluid to determine water vs. lubrication. What reservoir is this and what type of fluid to refill?
Thanks and Happy Boating

That reservoir is for your outdrive fluid. If it's milky, you have water intrusion in the outdrive. If it's empty, it is leaking from the outdrive or most likely from a line within the engine compartment somewhere. Get a bright flashlight and investigate.

Whenever I change my outdrive fluid, the reservoir bottle often gets low or empty during the first outing. I just top it off and it is usually good for the rest of the season.

Thank you both for your suggestions. I’ll ask the marina to check when they summerize!

.
Sometimes there is air in the line/outdrive or most likely it needed to be topped off when the outdrive was positioned all the way down (as per the manual).
