Actual answer- It is located in the center hatch closest to the transom. Under the white piece of flooring that has a finger hole and hose access section. It is the only piece not screwed down which is a nice touch on Cobalts side to make this inspection repair quick and easy. These bilges are LoPro ...

The answer from Cobalt direct is that it is located under the floor of the center of the 3 cockpit hatches. I will confirm this weekend.

R6 forward Bilge exact location?
Exact location forward Bilge in R6/R8? My forward bilge switch is continuously lit/on. Guessing float is stuck although I don't hear the motor running. Assume it is under the floor of one of the 3 cockpit hatches just hoping someone knows which one its under.

Thanks for everyone that helped. I was able to get the shorter Samson achor light installed this morning. The 3" difference allows me to get the boat in the slip with the tower up which a huge difference. Getting dock re-floated with new 24" floats which will give me another 12" but on Lanier thats ...

I want to replace my R6 stern light with this shorter samsone unit. I haven't look in great depth but it doesn't look like the current wires are long enough to cut and spice once you unscrew the 5.5" unit from the arch/tower? When you did they replacement did you have a similar issues and if so how ...
