Nice job Bruce. I've seen folks modify the $10 Home Depot furniture dolly as well. The crank for vertical adjustment is nice.
Btw, what's going on with your lab finished props?

just used a harbor freight jack

The props had tons of deposits from being used in lake Mead by the previous owner. When I took this picture, I didn't have my prop wrench yet so I cleaned them up later. I normally always take off props before I remove a drive.
