Finished our 263 496 MAG HO raw water system winterization today.
First we pumped out any excess water with the Merc air pump until the green indicators popped out.

Then we pumped 2 gallons of -100 F blue antifreeze mixed with a gallon of water into the outdrive via muffs ….thru the sea water pump…through the various heat exchangers/oil coolers/cool fuel modules and risers…to where it finally exited through the exhaust.

Then fogged the engine by adding a mixture of 2 cycle oil and stabil to the fuel filter and running for a few additional minutes.

Then pulled the batteries…
