What upgrades have you done to your boat?

I haven't bought into this Led light upgrade... We don't boat at night so I would never get the full coolness of the lights. Love looking at the wake pics all lit up... Especially when the red looks pink!

I don't boat at night either but it looks cool in the garage also it's a great selling feature
I just like that they don't draw a bunch of power. So not much of a draw on the battery. We use the courtesy light enough though.
So this is my latest upgrade. 2 speed wench just for you YT
Low gear is crazy low. I hope it helps get the boat up the last few inches. My boat sticks to the bunks like glue. New carpet and bunks in the spring.

One full revolution is like one gear click.lol it wasn't cheap but I think it will be worth it. The mounting holes were a little closer than the original so a little mod was needed. I also used my new 6000 lbs strap.

Hodges Marine $116.50 shipped. Fulton F2 winch.
I think the strap came from eBay? 16ft one though not a 20ft. 2inch strap. Around $25.

Only took a year and now 6 months before I can try them out. Won't ever use Hill Marine again. Set of F5 props. The F6's lost to many rpms.

Yep. Tire sales going on you know. Discount tire $100 off any thing over $400. Our company ran $50 gas card on a set of 4 plus my discount. Chrysler buy 3 get 4th for a penny. Save money when I can.
My wife has to work 4 days for those tires & another 4 days for the rims.

Yt it's time. I'm sure the other three are not far behind. One tire was pretty new because they got a flat tire going from the PO to the dealership. I'll use that one for the spare.
