Windshield screw access R7

My R7 needs to have the nuts tightened on the bottom Port side Windshield. But They would appear to be under all the padding and walls etc in the head. Any wisdom on accessing those?

Please don't take my word as 100% accurate, but I'm not certain you can tighten the windshield. My last dealer told me that when they built the odd numbered R series, they used a special mounting that meant you couldn't take the windshields off.....at least not without destroying the dash.. Based on that, I don't know if there are actual nuts that can be tightened? Might be worth a call to Cobalt or your dealer.
