The air compressor for the splash and stow will not turn on. I assume it is related to the fuse but I cannot figure out how to replace it. Pictures are attached. Can someone tell me how to access the fuse? I've tried pushing and turning the numbered (amp) circles with no luck. Is there a trick to it that I am missing?

Sorry I'm not much help with your question, however, those are circuit breakers, not fuses.
