Has anyone had this happen? Don’t know how it happened. Can I order a replacement?

Yeah, most Cobalt dealers stock that kind of thing, or can order it if they don't have it on hand. Typically the result of impact while docking or some other impact. Letters are even worse, as they are smaller and aren't held on by much adhesive. It's not uncommon.

I happens but should be rare if they use the correct 3M VHB double sided tape to install it.
