2013 R5 Touch Screen update

2013 R5- has anyone had an issue with the touch screen showing a blue screen with a picture of a usb on it? I’ve searched and can’t find any solutions so far. Thanks in advance!

A quick search suggests it can be fixed with a firmware update. It looks like this was made by Enovation Controls (HV700HB?), but the dealer would probably be the best source for firmware custom for your boat.

Yes it is the HV700HB. I called the dealer and he said he had never seen a blue screen before. Taking it to another place this week to see if they have any idea how to fix it.

You could try calling Cobalt directly if your dealer isn't doing it. Your real issue is that the firmware is specific to what Cobalt wants to display for that particular boat, the sensors installed, etc., so even though I found a guy with a Mastercraft who solved the exact same problem with firmware on a USB stick, his firmware won't work for you.
